It is been two week since I last wrote something on my blog.
As I alrealdy told you, I am working now on the "Guitar Hero Star Power TOur 2008". For that tour, I worked the last wek end on the biggest french music festival: Solidays...it was hard as hell. Journalists than were planned to come did not show up...I had to hunt journalists to convince them to visit my stand then, to write an article about the Tour...It is definitely a very tough job. You catch a journalist, you try to convince him, he tells you he will come..but he never does and you cannot join him on the phone...
Nevertheless, there is a good point. I was there as an intern. So, after 8 PM, I was just going to the concerts: IAM, Patrice, Hocus Pocus, Yael Naim, ASA, Toots and the Maytals...It was awesome.
You might think I had a day to rest as I worked during the week-end...you are dreaming! I was back on track Monday to plan fot the next festivals: Francofolies and Musilac, that are this week-end but at two different places. However, I do not go there. I would cost too much and, it is not with my one time experience that I can bring something significant for the press relation on that tour. it does not really matter, i am happy to have the opportunity to enjoy my week end as I want.
