Pre-Introduction

An introduction is never easy, that is the first impression you will have of me. That is why I write a pre-introduction to ensure you (readers) will see me as I want you to. My mother called me Raphael when I am born.  However, on internet I like the pseudonym of Rapholie. I came in this world the second of December 1988 very early in the morning. The action took place in the French city of Strasbourg. Nevertheless, I lived in Paris until I passed my baccalaureate. Then I moved to Switzerland to have a bachelor in sport management (what I am still doing right now).

As you could have understood, I want a career in the sport industry. After, it does not really matter in which field, federations, famous brands or medium sized event companies, and so on. I would like a job that I enjoy, that makes me wake up every morning with some kind of happiness.

Unfortunately, the world we are living in usually erases that smile from my face. So much people are dying, suffering, and I feel like I should do something. But, I do not want to be hypocrite, to be one of those persons that look like they are concerned but do not do anything concrete. I know it is easy to write that now. I am really afraid to see later that I am just like all those people that talk, talk and that’s it.

Change of subject, I read a paper (http://www.lemonde.fr/opinions/article/2008/05/12/nous-on-veut-de-la-vie-par-francois-begaudeau_1043818_3232.html#ens_id=1024236) and even though I am not a professional athlete, that still affects me. I do not picture myself ending as a robot stuck in a sad routine. I want to live a life, to have different experiences, have fun and feel alive. At the end, I am just like any kids of my age.

Why do I start writing a blog? I start an internship in Paris for 6 months. As I am doing my studies in English, I need to keep on writing in Shakespeare language. I thought a lot about which way is the most appropriate to express myself. Internet is a great tool, easy to access and contemporary. What is better than a blog? I am sure, some other options would have been better, but I always wanted to write a blog. Let’s get started and I really hope you will find it interesting.
